Snag List Dublin is an Irish owned independent company with over 25 years' experience in the construction industry. Our team is made up of Surveyors, Site Foreman and Site Managers who will inspect your new house or apartment identifying snags and defects prior to you moving in.
We are not associated with any developer, builder or estate agent and therefore no conflict of interest exists. At Snag List Dublin, we are focused on providing snagging services with the highest levels of customer satisfaction - we'll do everything we can to meet your expectations.
Meet the Team
John
John has over 25 years' experience in the building industry working in Ireland and Britain.
As a site foreman for many years, John has overseen numerous new build projects.
He is vastly experienced with the snagging process as he has seen it from both sides - the builder fixing the snags to the builder who now identifies the snags!
Patrick
Patrick is a Chartered building surveyor with 20 years' experience in the construction industry. He is also a member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland.
He has been involved in all aspects of property and construction, from supervising large commercial developments to planning domestic extensions.
Liam
Liam has 17 years' experience working as a site manager on construction projects in Ireland.
He is experienced in carpentry, plumbing and electrical work and has worked on many new build projects.
With his wealth of knowledge and experience, he'll know exactly what to look for when snagging your home.
