What is a Snag List report?

A Snag List is a detailed report of snags, defects, unfinished or incomplete work your builder/developer has not attended to.

Carrying out a thorough snag list on a newly built property is vitally important to ensure you receive an acceptable quality of finish.

We carry out a comprehensive examination of your property identifying snags, defects or incomplete items from a 300-point snag list which your builder has not attended to.

The inspection survey usually lasts between 1 hour and 4 hours depending on the size of your property.

All finds from the inspection will be listed in an easy-to-understand report which includes digital photos.

The report will be sent to you and your builder within 48 hours of the inspection. We can also send a copy to your solicitor if required.

The builder will need to fix everything on the snag list before you complete the sale and move into your property.
